Obituary
Salvador “Sal” Ramirez, age 59, of El Dorado Springs, MO, passed away and joined the Lord on March 4, 2019. He was born in Los Angeles, CA, on August 17, 1959, to Salvador Ramirez, Sr., and Christina (Ansborg) Ramirez. He then moved to the San Diego area for most of his childhood. His high school years were spent in Anaheim, CA, where he graduated from Anaheim High School in 1977. He later went to Mt. San Antonio College, where he studied Business Management. He moved to El Dorado Springs seventeen years ago.

Sal was married to Jennifer (Dunn) Ramirez and became the step-father to three children and later adopted three more children. He was also the host father to twelve foreign exchange students.

For the past fourteen years, Sal had worked for Keim Transport Service in Sabetha, KS, as a truck driver. During his off time, Sal enjoyed spending time with his wife and grandchildren, as well as working around his small farm.

Preceding Sal in death are his parents, Salvador and Christina (Ansborg) Ramirez; his in-laws, Ralph and Iris (Lundgren) Dunn; and several aunts and uncles.

Survivors include his wife, Jennifer; brother, Ricardo Ramirez, of Rancho Cucamonga, CA; son, Ricky Taylor, of Las Vegas, NV; daughters: Tabatha (Taylor) Cassell, of Las Vegas, NV, Bridgette (Taylor) Roof and Tommy, of Rancho Cucamonga, CA, Katie (Duff) Hunter and Michael of El Dorado Springs, MO, Kourtney Ramirez of Auburn University, and Lauren (Cox) Cartwright and Wayne, of El Dorado Springs, MO; grandchildren, including: Autumn and River Roof, Sydnee and Holly Cassell, and Monica and Adam Cartwright; and many cousins in the United States and Mexico.
