Obituary
Lori Ann (Badger) Smith, 52, passed away on January 8, 2022. Lori was born on September 23, 1969 in the state of Minnesota to Gary and Bonnie Badger. Lori was the second oldest of four; two sisters and one brother. She was a beloved mother to her two sons.

Lori was diagnosed in 2017 with mouth and throat cancer. After a long year of battling, the cancer went into remission in 2018. However, she lost her ultimate battle when complications arose after a recent surgery. Lori was a fighter and she fought so hard throughout her battle with the disease. She was loved by so many, especially her family.

Lori loved to bowl and participated in a league for many years. Everyone who knew her knew that she was a diehard fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and the Kansas City Royals. Anytime they played you could always count on her to be watching. In her free time she enjoyed fishing and spending time with her family. She particularly loved being around all of her great nieces and nephew.

Lori is survived by her two sons, Gerad and Levi of El Dorado Springs, her mother Bonnie of Walker, Missouri, her sisters Pam (Daniel) and Denise (Walter) of El Dorado Springs, her brother Kevin of Houston, Missouri as well as many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephew.

Lori was preceded in death by her father Gary, her grandparents, and her unborn child.

Lori was a fighter and she fought valiantly. She will be missed so much by so many.
